I am often asked what constitutes the great strength and originality of the FENNINVEST group more than twenty years after its creation. Certainly, the strength of the Group is that it is made up of a solid team of women and men sharing a strong culture and values, and being able to count on stable shareholders - and employees - who are very involved in the running of the company. This enables us to meet challenges with a long-term vision.

Three priorities determine our strategies and operations:

• to satisfy our customers and keep their trust as it is our raison d'être. Our innovative offers developed with our partners should help them to respond sustainably to the major current challenges (demographic, climate, energy, health) while bringing progress in daily life to the greatest number of people

   

• conduct our activities with respect for all our stakeholders and create value for our employees and shareholders

• maintain a solid financial position and a reasonable level of debt so that we can continue to make our decisions independently in all circumstances. Our diversified activities also allow us to cushion the consequences of any difficulties encountered by one or the other.

Before making any strategic decisions, the most important thing for me is to keep in mind that our company is a human adventure that deserves the greatest respect because the women and men who work here invest their energy and talent without counting the cost in the service of human progress.
